Deliveries & Returns

Returns Policy:
Frankie Lynn hopes that you enjoy your product to its fullest, a lot of time and care is taken to ensure you receive your items as expected.
Frankie Lynn operates a 'no returns' policy so please ensure that you are sure of your purchases before you complete your order. However, on the rare exception that your item arrives faulty or damaged then please contact Frankie Lynn to resolve by emailing: msfrankie.lynn@gmail.com.
Please note that if you need to contact Frankie Lynn regarding your purchase, this must be within 14 days of receiving your items. if you do not made contact within the specified time frame then the return will not be accepted.
Please note: In order to be able to return your damaged or faulty items, we will need images of the damaged goods and packaging prior to their return. Failure to provide images of damage may result in the return not being accepted.

Packaging Policy:
Presentation of goods is something we consider very important at the Frankie Lynn Emporium. We aim to ensure all goods are packaged appropriately according to their size, weight and substantiality. We will always ensure, wherever possible, that your items are packed in our custom 'Frankie Lynn' packaging and that they are dispatched in excellent condition. For damaged goods, please see the returns policy above.

Postage Policy:
1.1 Delivery:
Frankie Lynn delivers items within the UK and Internationally.
1.2 UK Deliveries:
For small items and light weight items, first class Royal Mail will be used where possible. For larger items and heavy items, Parcel Force will be used as the main delivery method unless otherwise specified.
1.3 Delivery Times for UK Orders:
When complete orders are in stock we aim to dispatch within 5 days of receipt of payment (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
If an order contains 'made-to-order' items, the dispatch of that order will be delayed until all items have been completed as per the 'made-to-order' specification. The decision to hold an order until any out of stock items are available will be made by Frankie Lynn at their discretion. Frankie Lynn will endeavour to keep the customer informed where such a delay occurs.
1.4 Additional Information:
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for errors in service that we have no control over, however, we will do our best to ensure that the standards we have in place are upheld at all times. If your parcel does not arrive within 7 working days from dispatch of the item then please contact Frankie Lynn by emailing: msfrankie.lynn@gmail.com quoting your order number.
1.4 International Deliveries:
If you are an international customer, please note that delivery charges may vary according to your destination. Items are dispatched within 5 days of placing the order and delivery timescales will vary. Please contact Frankie Lynn on; msfrankie.lynn@gmail.com before you place your order with a list of the items you'd like to purchase and where you are located. We will reply with shipping and payment options available for your package's destination. We require a £20 minimum order value for international customers. Please be aware of any Customs restrictions your country may impose on the items you've ordered. We are not responsible for any Customs or Duty fees imposed on your package. Please be aware that we may not be able to ship to all countries (such as Eastern Europe, South America or Africa). We reserve the right to cancel orders that we are unable to fulfil. 
Please note: Frankie Lynn cannot dispatch any confectionery goods to international customers.

The Frankie Lynn Emporium will charge postage based on a total weight basis. For example, the postage will be calculated against the total order weight, calculated from the weight of each individual item.

All prices are correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change. The Frankie Lynn Emporium will notify the customer of the postage and packaging at the time of purchase.
